Workshop of Training Dialogue Facilitators

The aim of this workshop is to train dialog facilitators. It is planned that participants of this workshop hold dialogue workshops in future or become facilitators in Problem situation in which Dialogue is failed.

In this workshop praxis of understanding dialog would be thought in detail and practically. The participants would practice dialogue according to the ten core dialog skills and then they would discuss their own dialog experiences critically in the workshop.

Self-development of the facilitators are one of the main parts of this workshop. An important aim of the workshop is to give ability to the facilitators to get to know their own patterns of thinking, Pre-judgments and prejudice. The more they learn about their own limitations and type of understanding, the more and the better quality of their presence in the dialog becomes. A key to understand this dynamics is that the facilitator develops his/her personal mastery. That means that the facilitator should create a type of ability in him/herself which let him/her not only pay attention to the pattern of thinking but also being a witness of his/her own behaviors. The presence of the facilitator should serve deepening the skills.

The workshop’s atmosphere, type and method of work, and learning facilities depending to different organizations, groups, and individual personality of the participants are diverse.
